Aspirants waiting to secure an employment opportunity in the Andhra Pradesh have a reason to rejoice. Actually, the Andhra Pradesh School Education Department has announced a total of 16347 vacancies for the post of Principals, School Assistants (SA) and Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT), Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT-Special Education), Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT-Special Education) and Physical Education Teachers (PET). The Notification of School Teacher and Principal is announced in two separate notification – one for the school education department and other one is for the residential vacancies.
Among all of the categories of posts the School Assistants has the largest share of vacancy of 7725 followed by Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT) for 6371, Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) for 1781, Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) for 286, Physical Education Teachers (PET) for 132 and Principals for 52 Posts. Thus, the candidates possessing the required eligibility can submit the application from 20th April 2025 to 5th May 2025.
