Assam SLET 2025 Notification Details
SLET Commission Assam is going to conduct the Assam State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) 2025 for the post of Assistant Professors across the state of Assam and NE. Therefore, candidates who hold the Masters Degree in the listed subjects can submit the application to appear for the eligibility test. It is to note that, following the recommendation of UGC, the appointment of Assistant Professors in Assam and NE States is that candidates possessing the SLET Qualification shall be eligible for the vacancy. Assam SLET 2025 – Examination Scheme
The Assam State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) 2025 will consist of two papers. SLET Commission will conduct the test will on a day in two separate sessions. All the two papers will have only objective type questions of the following forms:

- The Paper – I shall be of general subject, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. The objective of this test is to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate.

- There will be no negative marking in the test.
