Bihar Police Excise SI Exam Pattern 2025

First of all, Let us start with Bihar Excise Sub Inspector Recruitment Exam Pattern. Bihar Police Excise SI Recruitment Selection Process shall have three selections stages namely –
- Preliminary Examination
- Main Examination, &
- Physical Efficiency Test.

Bihar Excise SI Preliminary Written Exam Pattern
Bihar Excise Preliminary Examination 2025 shall have 100 questions in MCQ format. The total time duration of the Exam is 2 hours. Marks for each question is 2. The score in Preliminary Examination will not be counted while BPSSC prepares the Final Merit List. Minimum qualifying mark is 30% of the total marks, failing which candidate shall not be eligible for next round of selection. Tabular view of Preliminary Exam details is as below-

BPSSC Excise SI Main Exam Pattern
Bihar Police Excise SI Main Examination will consist of two Papers – Paper I & Paper II. Paper I will be on General Hindi and marks secured in this paper will not be considered during final selection. Only candidates have to obtain a minimum score of 30% marks to qualify. The time duration for each of the Test shall be 2 Hours. Negative Marks shall be at 0.2 marks for every wrong answer during the test.

BPSSC Excise SI Physical Efficiency Test Details
Based on the marks of the Main Examination, candidates will be eligible for PET. The number of candidates will be 6 (six) times of the total vacancies for this Test. Bihar Excise SI PET shall also be qualifying but each & every candidate shall have to clear the Test as per laid guidelines of the Commission. Details of PET Events are tabled below for reference.
