DSSSB TGT Notification Eligibility Criteria for different Posts
The educational qualifications for the posts as per notification are different. Since the recruitment is for a very large vacancy the eligibility also varies as per posts. Candidates can go through this section as we shall detail the educational qualification requirements for the posts below

| Counsellor | Years | A. (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Applied Psychology. (ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology, and (iii) One year experience of working with clinical psychologist / organization working in the field of Mental Health / Drug De-addiction Centre / Psychiatric ward in any Hospital / Clinic’ OR B. Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counseling Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Applied Psychology from a recognized University / Institute. C. Should have studied Hindi as a Subject at any level from Secondary onward. |

The above age limit is for the general candidates. Age relaxation is applicable to the reserved categories under the following rules –
- OBC candidates by 3 years
- SC/ST candidates by 5 years
- PH Candidates by 10 Years

DSSSB Recruitment of TGT & Drawing Teacher Selection Process
The selection process of DSSSB TGT & other posts shall be of two exams and followed by a skill test as applicable. The exams are to be termed as Tier 1 and Tier 2 Examination. The examination paper will be in Hindi and English, except the language papers. Candidates shall be selected based on the performance of the written exams. The question of tier 1 and tier 2 examination will be multiple choice questions on the following subjects
- General Awareness
- General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability
- Arithmetical & Numerical Ability
- Hindi Language & Comprehension and English Language & Comprehension
- MCQ on technical subjects for posts where required.

Eligible and aspiring teachers to apply for DSSB TGT Recruitment 2024 should apply through the official website https://dsssbonline.nic.in/. At first, the applicant should register with the details if not registered. After registration, they should login with D and password. Then, select the recruitment. Fill up the details and pay the examination fee through SBI-epay. Finally, the aspirants should checks for the update of the fees payment status, on confirmation take a print out of the application. Candidates should keep the login ID and password safely as this will be required to download the admit card to appear for the written exam.
