HTET Exam Pattern 2025, Marking Scheme

The exam conducting board creates question paper on the basis of level of schools. As per the notice, the HTET Exam Pattern shall be different and according to the following groups –
- Level 1: Who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V (PRT-Primary Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification.
- Level 2: Who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII (TGT-Trained Graduate Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification.
- Level 3: Who intends to be a PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification.

Haryana TET Marking Scheme 2025
- Exam Mode: The exam is conducted in offline mode, i.e. pen and paper based test.
- Exam Paper: The exam consists of a single paper.
- Question Paper Type: The paper contains objective type multiple choice questions.
- Exam Duration: The exam is held for 150 minutes.
- Negative Marks: There shall be no negative marking for wrong attempt
- Mark Allocation: Each correct answer will carry 1 mark.
- Difficulty Level: Difficulty level of questions for HTET Level-1 (PRT) will be up to the standard of Secondary level, for HTET Level-2 (TGT) will be up to the standard of Sr. Secondary level,.

About Haryana TET
The Board Of School Education, Haryana is a conducting authority for the Haryana TET or HTET. The exam is held once in every year and is a state level eligibility test. The candidates can write this examination for three different level – Level 1 or Primary Teacher, Level 2 – Trained Graduate Teacher and Level 3 – Post Graduate Teacher.
