IB Security Assistant Exam Pattern 2024 Information
Candidates of the IB Security Assistant Recruitment 2024 will face the new recruitment rules as MHA Intelligence Bureau Security Assistant Advertisement 2024. From the last recruitment onwards, candidates will appear for three stages of IB SA Recruitment Process. First of all, IB will conduct Tier 1 Exam, Tier 2 Exam and Tier 3 – Interview Selection Process in the Recruitment. So eligible candidates who are interested to clear this SA Post should be ready to clear all these stages for the final selection. Exam Pattern of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Examination is shared for the interested candidates.
IB Security Assistant Tier 1 Exam Exam Pattern
The IB SA Tier 1 Written Exam will be a Written Exam of Objective type MCQs, divided into 4 parts containing questions of 1 marks. Total Marks of the Tier 1 Exam will be 100 marks. There will be negative marking of the ¼ mark for each wrong answer whereas No marks would be awarded for an un-attempted question. Subjects of Tier 1 Exam will be as under –

Intelligence Bureau SA Tier 2 Exam Pattern
The Intelligence Bureau SA Tier II Written Exam will be a descriptive type examination. It will be a qualifying exam, however, the candidates’ performance shall be given due weightage in the final merit list.

On the basis of their performance in Tier 1 exam, candidates would be shortlisted for Tier 2 & Tier 3 exam. The final selection would be on the performance of Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Stage. However, IB Security Assistant Selection is subject to successful completion of Character & Antecedent verification followed by a medical examination, etc.
