RSMSSB Jail Prahari Written Exam Scheme
The Rajasthan Jail Prahari Exam will carry a total of 400 marks for 100 objective type questions. Subjects in the examination includes General Intelligence and Reasoning Ability, General Studies and General Knowledge of Rajasthan. Tabular view of the exam is as follows –

- For every wrong answer, there will be negative of 1 marks.
- The question will have five options as circle – A, B, C, D, E.
- Candidates have to darken the circle indicating the correct answer.
- If a candidate is not attempting any question he/she should darken the circle E.
- If none of the circle is darkened, 1/3 mark of the questions will be deducted.
- The minimum qualifying mark of the written exam is 36 % that is 144 marks.
Rajasthan Jail Prahari Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Details
Candidates who are shortlisted in the Written Examination shall be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The number of candidates for the PET will be 10 times of the vacancy announced. The PET will carry a total of 100 marks with candidates need to score at least 50 marks to qualify the round. Candidates who fails to score the qualifying score of 50 % will be eliminated from the selection process. However, there is a provision of appeal and candidates may use this option for reconsideration. The events and benchmark of the RSMSSB Jail Prahari Physical Efficiency Test (PET) are as follows –
