Rajasthan SSB Platoon Commander Selection Process
The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) hires the candidates against their performance in Written Examination followed by Physical Test and Interview held as a part of the screening process. The rounds are as follows –
- Written Examination – 400 marks
- Physical Test – 100 marks
- Interview – 50 marks

The RSSB Platoon Commander Merit List will be prepared on the combined score in the Written Examination, Physical Test and Interview, from among the candidates who have scored at least 45% of the total marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).

RSSB Platoon Commander Exam Pattern 2025
The Rajasthan SSB Platoon Commander Written Exam Pattern existing here gives you a brief idea on subjects to prepare. Moreover, you can analyse the difficulty level of exam, marking scheme and test duration etc. from RSSB Platoon Commander Test Pattern 2025.
- The Exam will have two papers – Paper I and II.
- There will be multiple choice (Objective Type) Questions.
- All questions carrying equal marks.
- There will be negative marking. 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- It will be mandatory to get minimum 36 % marks in each question paper of the written examination and 40% marks in total.

RSSB Platoon Commander Physical Test Details
Based on merit of the written examination, the candidates are called for the Physical Test stage. The Physical Test comprises of Physical Measurement Test and Physical Endurance Test.
