Good News for the applicants of SSC CHSL Notification, SSC has announced the Tier-I Exam schedule. As per the notice, SSC will conduct the the Tier 1 Exam from 1st to 11th July 2024. SSC CHSL Examination 2024 – Selection Process

Going by the Selection Process, Combined Higher Secondary Examination has changed over the years. Hence, the interested candidates can get to know the stages which they need to clear in SSC CHSL Examination to secure a job through this competitive examination. Actually, the Staff Selection Commission shortlists the applicants for CHSL Examination Posts through a series of selection stages. Aspirants must clear these stages to secure the jobs as announced through SSC CHSL 2024 Notification. The Stages of Selection in SSC CHSL are as follows –

• Tier 1 Computer Based Examination
• Tier 2 Computer Based Examination

SSC CHSL Examination Date 2024 Schedule

Staff Selection Commission will conduct the exam in two steps, namely Tier 1 and Tier 2. The Commission had already declared the Exam schedule of Tier 1. And as per the Notice, SSC will conduct the Tier 1 Exam in June / July 2024 and Tier 2 Exam date will be announced later. So, applicants have very few time left their hand to prepare for the test. As usual like the previous year, this year there will be tough competition during the exam, So aspirants must take their good preparation to crack the exam since Tier 1 qualified candidates will be called for Tier 2 Stage of SSC CHSL Exam. SSC CHSL Tier 1 Examination Scheme Overview

The SSC CHSL Tier-I Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set in English and Hindi for Part-II, III & IV. Details of the scheme is avaykabk below throw the chart as under –

• Time Duration of the Test is 60 Minutes.
• There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.

SSC CHSL Tier 2 Examination Scheme Overview

The candidates who are shortlisted in the Tier 1 Result can only appear for the Tier 2 Test. The Tier 2 Examination will include following three sections having two modules against each. The SSC CHSL Tier 2 Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions, except for Module 2 of Section 3. The questions will be set in English and Hindi except for Module-I (i.e. English Language and Comprehension module) in Section 2. Aspirants should note that it will be mandatory for the candidates to qualify all the sections of Tier 2.

Scheme Wise Tier 2 Exam Scheme

Staff Selection Commission shall conduct the CHSL Tier 2 Examination in two sessions – Session 1 & Session 2, on same day. Session 1 will include conducting of Section 1, Section 2 and Module 1 (Computer Knowledge Test) of Section 3. Session 2 will include conducting of Section 3 – Module 2 (Skill Test/ Typing Test) of Section 3. The Section Wise SSC CHSL Tier 2 Examination Pattern is thus as under –

• It will be mandatory for the candidates to qualify all the sections of Tier 2 Exam.
• Skill Test/ Typing Test will be of qualifying nature and is mandatory.
• Errors in the Skill Test will be calculated up to 2 decimal places.
