SSC had invited online application for Constable GD Posts for BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, Assam Rifles & NIA. Total Number of Vacancies announced through this annual competitive examination was 45284. A large number of job enthusiasts have filled up the application form. SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
According to SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2024 Notification, the selection for the post of Constable General Duty in CAPF is through the following stages –

The SSC GD Constable Recruitment Final results along with force allocation will be declared by the Commission based on the performance of candidates in the Computer Based Examination and

SSC GD Constable PST & PET Details
Based on the performance in CBE, the commission will shortlist the candidates for PET/ PST. The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) will be conducted at various centres finalized by the CAPFs. During the SSC GD Constable PET/ PST, candidates who are found eligible on height parameters will undergo PET (race) followed by biometric/ technology aided identification.
Note: Ex-servicemen who are shortlisted will have to appear in PET/ PST for recording measurement of height, chest and weight only. PET will not be held for these Ex- servicemen candidates. However, they will have to qualify the medical examination.

SSC GD Constable Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Details
As a mandatory stage of SSC GD Constable Selection Process, the candidates have to clear the SSC GD Constable Physical Efficiency Test (PET) with following events within the following time limits:
