RRB NTPC Medical Standards: Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) in the NTPC Recruitment Selection Process for both Graduate and Undergraduate Posts shall conduct the medical standard test after the RRB CBT Stage I & Stage II through Railway Medical Officer. As per the RRB NTPC Notification, Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the prescribed Medical Standards for the post(s) they are opting for.
Please note that in case the RRB finds the candidate medically unsuitable for the opted post at the time of appointment, RRB will not give alternate appointment to the shortlisted candidates. So, keeping this in consideration, here we are discussing the Medical Standards of RRB NTPC Recruitment. Hence follow this section and decide the posts for which you want to apply.
Details of RRB NTPC Medical Standards Specified
Candidates who after qualifying according to merit in CBT shall have to appear for document verification. Along with this, every candidate shall have to pass the requisite medical fitness test(s) conducted by the Railway Administration. Railways Authority performs this medical check-up to be sure that the candidates are medically fit to carry out the duties connected with the post(s). And among the medical standard, Visual Acuity Standard is one of the important criteria of medical fitness of railway staff. So, below are the needed medical standards as per RRB NTPC Recruitment 2024 –
