Candidates willing to apply through the 2nd SLST Notification 2025 must have to fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid in the official notification. Hence, the eligibility criteria for Assistant Teacher Class IX-X & Class XI-XII is shared as under –

Age Limit Criteria
- Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 1st January 2025. The Upper Age Limit is, however, relaxable by 5 years for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe candidates, 3 years for Other Backward Classes candidates and 8 years for the Physically Handicapped candidates.
