3. Candidates are required to keep the mentioned documents ready when they sit for One-time Registration.
   • Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP).
   • Email ID (to be verified through OTP).
   • Aadhaar Number. If the candidate want to go without Aadhaar Based Authentication, he will be required to show the original document at a later stage:
   • Voter ID Card
   • PAN

   • Driving License

4. Click on the ‘Create Account’ Tab provided on log in page.
5. Complete your registration part by entering the basic details, additional details along contact details.
6. After successful registration, you need to log in using your Registration Number and password (Enter the changed password if needed).
7. A new tab will be opened showing the basic details filled in by the candidate so far. You may edit the application at this stage or click on the Next button at the bottom of the page to complete your one-time registration process.

AIIMS CRE 2025: Online Application

The second part is the application which is equally important. Here are the steps for AIIMS CRE Apply:

1. Login using your ‘Candidate ID or mobile number’ and password.
2. Click the ‘ AIIMS CRE Apply’ link in the ‘Examination’ Section under the ‘Latest Notifications’ tab.
3. Information as per the registration will be automatically filled from your Onetime Registration Data which is non-editable. If you want to make corrections to any of this data, click on ‘Modify Registration’ and suitably edit your One-time Registration data.
4. Fill in all the required data such as preference for Examination Centers, the medium of typing test, disability, category, etc.
5. If you belong to the EWS category then provide information for the same. This is valid for only un-reserved candidates.
6. Compete for your declaration by clicking on the “I agree” check box, filling up the captcha code. Double-check the application by reviewing and verifying the information provided by you and ‘submit’ the application. 
7. Proceed to make fee Payment if you are not exempted. 
8. When the application is successfully submitted, it will be accepted ‘Provisionally’.
9. Candidates should take the printout of the application form for their own records.

Note: PWD Candidates are exempted from paying the AIIMS CRE Exam Fee. 

The candidates who wish to apply for this exam can pay either through BHIM UPI, Net banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit, or Debit cards. Nominal service charges may be included in the net banking mode of payment.

AIIMS CRE Application Correction 2025

All aspirants will be given a window for making necessary correction for AIIMS CRE Application Form 2025. After this date, no application correction will be accepted. The AIIMS New Delhi Examination Authority will launch the notification for the AIIMS CRE Application Status 2025. As per the official notification, it can be done from 12th to 14th February 2025.

To correct the AIIMS CRE Application Form 2025, you have to login to the portal using the Candidate ID or mobile number and password. Then you will be able to make the necessary correction.
