AIIMS CRE Exam Pattern 2026
The AIIMS CRE Examination Scheme covers the examination structure, max. marks, test duration etc. which will help in the preparation of the interested. Irrespective of the Group B or C Posts, the AIIMS Authority conducts the selection process through a Computer Based Test (CBT). However, some of the posts has Skill Test / Trade Test / PET which is qualifying in nature. The structure of the AIIMS CRE Computer Based Test is as follows –
- The duration of the examination shall be 90 minutes.
- 100 MCQs of 400 marks with four alternatives for each question where each question will carry 4 marks.
- Question paper will be divided in 5 sections each of 18 minutes duration, where each section will contain 20 question.
- Question Paper will be Bilingual (English/Hindi).
- Each Question will carry equal marks 4 each.
- There will be a negative marking of 1/4 marks for each wrong answer.
- The qualifying marks will be 40% for UR/EWS, 35% for OBC and 30% for SC & ST.
- For PWBD irrespective of the category qualifying marks will be 30%.
