JKSSB Police SI Recruitment 2024 Examination Scheme
As a part of the selection process of Police Sub Inspector in Jammu & Kashmir, the candidates shall have to appear for a Written Examination at the first stage of selection. However, candidates in possession of NCC Certificates shall be awarded Bonus Marks. Following this the qualified candidates of the Written Examination as per their merit, shall have to undergo the Physical Standard Test (PST), which shall be of qualifying nature. The number of candidates to be selected for appearing in the PST shall be six times the total number of vacancies to be filled up in each category.
In the next phase, the candidates who qualify the PST, shall be required to undergo the Physical Endurance Test (PET). The PET shall also be of qualifying nature. The Final Stage of Selection is the Medical Examination of the candidates. The candidates who are found fit in the medical examination shall finally be appointed as Sub Inspector of J&K Police.
