NABARD Development Assistant Selection Process / Scheme is similar to IBPS Clerk Selection Process. Thus, the selection process of NABARD Development Assistant Recruitment has the following stages of selection –

1. Preliminary Examination (Online)
2. Main Examination (Online)
3. Language Proficiency Test

The Preliminary Examination is only qualifying in nature and is only a screening test. NABARD will allow only those candidates who score sufficiently high in both, individual tests & in aggregate, to sit for the Main Examination. Similarly, only such candidates who score the cut off marks or above in the Main Examination will be shortlisted for selection. However, Final selection will be on the basis of candidate’s performance in the online Main examination in the order of merit.

Following the Online Application, NABARD organized the Prelims Examination for the applied candidates. A large number of job aspirants have attempted to clear the test. However, the selection will be highly competitive as the vacancies are less.
