Tripura Degree College Merit List Calculation Process
As per the official notification, for admission to Degree Colleges in Tripura the previous examination score of the candidates will be considered. The Notification further confirms that the merit list of students seeking admission in Honours Courses will be prepared on the basis of Index Percentage.
While the merit list of students seeking admission in General Courses will be calculated on the total marks obtained in the best 5 subjects in HS (+2) stage. It is as per the index percentage the students will get allotment in their respective subjects. DHE Tripura will calculate the Index percentage on the basis of marks obtained in the best 5 subjects in HS (+2) stage + marks obtained in the subject in which Honours is sought for/6.
Steps to check Tripura Degree College Merit List 2025
Directorate of Higher Education Tripura shall release the Tripura Degree College Merit List 2025 of the candidates who have submitted the application for admission. The Authority shall announce the merit list according to the colleges and also according to the courses. Further, DHE Tripura shall also release a subsequent round of merit list as per the needs of the college. - Initially, visit the Official Website @ https://dhetripuraadmission.samarth.ac.in/index.php.
- Now head over to the Merit List Tab on the menu.
- Tap on it to visit the Merit List Page.
- Next Select Merit List 1 / Merit List 2 from the dropdown under Merit List Tab.
- Select appropriate option under Institution Name, College Name & Programme.
- Now click on the merit list link.
- Thus, the shortlisted candidates list will be available on the screen.
