RRB ALP Application 2024 Accepted / Rejected Status
Vide CEN No 01/2024, Indian Railways through Railway Recruitment Board has accepted the online applications for the post of ALP. Huge number of aspirants have submitted the application within the closing date of 19.02.2024. Now, post the application period, the RRB has completed the scrutiny of the applications. Therefore, the Railway Recruitment Board has come out with the notification dated 22nd July 2024 to inform the candidates about this.
Further more the RRB Notification states that all of the candidates can view status of their RRB ALP applications under the following categories –
- Provisionally accepted
- Provisionally accepted with conditions and
- Rejected (Along with reasons for rejection)

Applicants can check the RRB ALP Application Status by following the simple steps as discussed below –
- At first visit the RRB official website @ rrbapply.gov.in
- The homepage of the website opens on the screen.
- Next, Click on Apply >> Already have an Account?
- A login window will open on the screen.
- Enter mobile number / email address and password .
- Enter the Captcha and click on login.
- After login into the dashboard, check the application status.
- Finally, take a print of it for record.

RRB ALP Modification of Preferences
Railway Recruitment Board has initiated the ALP recruitment 2024 with a total of 5696 vacancies. However, later the vacancy has been increased from 5696 to 18799 vacancies. Accordingly the vacancy according to RRB is also changed. So, in order give al of the aspirants a fair chance Indian Railways has announced to give the aspirants a chance to re-exercise the preference of Railway Recruitment Boards and Zones keeping in mind the revised vacancy after enhancement. Actually, with the revised vacancy list, candidates may want to modify the preference list of RRBs. As per the notification, the link to modify the preference shall be active from 29th July to 7th August 2024 @ rrbapply.gov.in.

- Initially, make sure to visit the RRB official website @ rrbapply.gov.in
- The homepage of the website opens on the screen.
- Now, to login to the portal, the candidates should click on Apply >> Already have an Account?
- This will present a login window on the screen.
- Candidates should put mobile number / email address and password to login..
- After login into the dashboard, candidates shall find the RRB ALP Application submitted.
- Next click on the application and select edit/modify option
- Enter the revised preference and submit the application.
- Finally, take a print of the application for record.
